Inclusivity

Our goal at LetsGetChecked is to ensure that every customer of all abilities has the best possible digital experience accessing our products and services. We are committed to offering an intuitive, easy to use and satisfying experience both ordering and engaging with our online products and services.

Commitment

LetsGetChecked is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its www.letsgetchecked.ie and www.letsgetchecked.co.uk sites in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services and S.I. No. 636/2023 - European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023.

We also undertake to follow the best practices and accessibility standards recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA - https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/

Constant Improvement

Our websites are partially compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 level AA standards, but we are taking a wide range of actions to ensure we meet our commitments to deliver the best possible experience for all of our customers.

Proactive testing: Our website is regularly tested with assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and with users from the disability community who use these technologies. LetsGetChecked employs experienced accessibility developers and experts to conduct website accessibility audits and ensure accessibility issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

Third-party experts: We partner with leading accessibility experts to audit our site and provide tooling to ensure we are using the latest technologies to facilitate website accessibility and conformance with WCAG.

Internal policies: LetsGetChecked has adopted a website accessibility policy to support its commitment to the accessibility of our websites.

Audits: On an ongoing basis, LetsGetChecked will have periodic website accessibility audits, as well as end-user accessibility testing and evaluation of www.letsgetchecked.co.uk, conducted in order to provide prioritized feedback regarding conformance with WCAG standards.

Tools: We employ a wide range of tools as we strive to meet the standards we have committed to and keep pace with ever-evolving technological challenges
